How we organize the Paws shop

6 categories, subcategories where they help, price filters and search: a quick tour of finding what you need.

Journal · 3 min read · October 9, 2026 · Milon Global Paws

In short

  • There are 6 categories; each product sits in exactly one of them.
  • Where useful, a "Browse by type" strip lets you jump between subcategories.
  • Price, sort and search narrow any list.
  • We show manufacturer information as supplied and do not add claims of our own.

Milon Global Paws is a focused shop. At the time of writing it lists 187 products in 6 categories. A catalog that size is easy to get lost in unless it has a clear structure, so it is organized in layers: categories, then subcategories where they help, with price, sort and search on top. This note explains how it works.

6 categories

The top level is shown in the header on every page.

  • Harnesses, Collars & Leashes (60 products): Harnesses, collars, leashes and walking accessories. Sections include Harnesses, Collars, Leashes, Walking Accessories.
  • Clothing & Apparel (19 products): Coats, sweaters, raincoats and other clothing for dogs.
  • Toys & Chews (20 products): Dog and cat toys, teething rings and chews. Sections include Dog Toys, Cat Toys.
  • Treats & Feeding (16 products): Treats, chews and feeding and watering supplies. Sections include Treats & Nutrition, Feeding & Watering.
  • Care, Beds & Travel (23 products): Grooming and hygiene tools, beds and furniture, carriers and travel gear. Sections include Beds & Furniture, Grooming & Care, Travel & Carriers, Health & Hygiene.
  • Small Pets, Birds & Fish (49 products): Supplies for small animals, birds, fish and reptiles. Sections include Fish & Aquariums, Small Animals, Birds, Reptiles.

Each product sits in exactly one category, so nothing appears twice and the counts add up to the whole catalog.

Browsing by type

Open a category and, where the shop has useful subcategories, a strip headed "Browse by type" lists them with their counts. One click filters the list to that type. Subcategories come from the product information supplied with each item.

Filters and search

  • Price: price ranges, each with the number of products in it.
  • Sort: by price or by name.
  • Search: the box in the header searches product names.
  • Pet: narrow the list to dogs, cats, small animals, birds, fish or reptiles.
  • Brand: show one brand, or browse the brands page.

The filters work together, so you can choose a category, a price range and a search word and see the products that remain.

Product pages

Each product page shows the product name, price and images supplied for it, a Product details section with the information provided, and a block of other products in the same category. Product information comes from manufacturers and suppliers; we present it as provided and we do not add claims of our own. If something matters to you, check the packaging and instructions when it arrives, and write to us with any question.

Guides and journal

The Guides are longer explainers on choosing and looking after what you buy. The Journal, where you are now, holds shorter practical notes. All of them are general information.

Shopping and delivery

Orders are prepared at our warehouse in Orlando, Florida. The Shipping & Returns page and the FAQ answer the practical questions, and the contact page has the form and our email address.

What we do not do

We do not publish reviews or ratings, we do not label products "best" or "bestseller", and we do not add claims of our own about what a product will do for you. Wording inside a product's name comes from the manufacturer or supplier. Our job is to make a catalog easy to browse and to give you enough information to choose with confidence.

This article is general information, not veterinary advice. Talk to your veterinarian about your pet's health, food and medication, and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
